Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products, all fragrance sales are final and refunds are not provided for change of mind or personal preference.

6-Week Free Trial

Free trial vending machines may be returned at the end of the 6-week trial period at no cost, provided the machine is in reasonable condition. Fresh Tap will arrange removal of the machine. No refunds apply as the trial is provided free of charge.

Purchased Vending Machines

All vending machines purchased from Fresh Tap are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once installed, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

Machine or Payment Issues

If a vending machine malfunctions or payment is taken without product being dispensed, please contact us and we will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
